The Conference Preliminary Programme is now available HERE​

Please find below the key dates for the preparation of the Conference :

Please be aware that if we don’t have any type of confirmation from you (which means: registration settled, paper or presentation downloaded or an email sent to us) before February 13, 2026, your communication will be deleted from the programme.

FULL LENGHT PAPER PREPARATION

3AF will publish Conference Proceedings on the dedicated online website, accessible only for AERO2026 delegates.

Papers should be submitted in Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf extension) to ensure the document’s original layout.

Full papers are to be delivered by email to aero.conf@3af.fr before February 13, 2026

A strict compliance to these requirements is strongly recommended.

ORAL PRESENTATION

The time allocated for your presentation is 25 minutes maximum, including a minimum of 5 minutes for questions and discussion. You can find your dedicated time slot on your  personnal online account. 

If modifications are done in the preliminary programme, your online account will be automatically updated with your new time slot; don't forget to check it regularly!

Please advise us as soon as possible by email if modifications are needed on your side (title, affiliation, new speaker, time slot…), we will do our best to fulfill your requests.

In order to properly introduce your oral presentation, please be sure to provide few lines of biography for your session chair through your online account or by email (aero.conf@3af.fr).

You have to upload your presentation slides before February 18, 2026 (included). This file will be directly added on the laptop of your session room. It could be updated after the conference for the online proceedings. 

DISCOUNT REGISTRATION RATE

Chairpersons and Speakers are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the Conference. As Principal speaker (not included the co-authors), you benefit from a special registration fee:

Speaker/Chairperson: 700 € - All prices quoted are in EURO. French VAT of 10% in addition will be applicable.

Registration fee includes: Conference sessions attendance, Conference documentation, online Conference Proceedings, coffee breaks & lunches, 1 ticket for social event, technical visit.

Online registration is open until February 20, 2026.
