Online registration will be open
from Friday, January 10, 2025 to Thursday, March 20, 2025

Due to security procedures, no registration will be accepted after this date. Thank you for your understanding.

All participants, including Chairpersons and Speakers, are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the conference.

> Registration fees include: Conference sessions attendance, Conference documentation, online Conference Proceedings, coffee breaks & lunches, 1 ticket for social event.

Please note only speakers delivering a presentation can register as « Speaker » special rate, co-authors can’t choose this to register.

SOCIAL EVENTS

• Tuesday 25 March 2025: Conference Dinner
  Included in Registration fees | 90€ HT for extra ticket

Extra Dinner tickets for accompanying person can be purchased during online registration.

TECHNICAL VISITS - Wednesday 26 March (afternoon)

Pre-registration online is mandatory for each visit. Registration deadline: Tuesday 18 March (included).
Departure from Conference Venue at 14:00 precise.
 

• Technical Visit #1: MechaniCS platform - ICube laboratory

  Number of participants = 3 groups of 10
  Duration of the visit = 30min per group

• Technical Visit #2: Safran Landing Systems - Site de Molsheim

  Number of participants = 25
  Duration of the visit = 1h30-2h00 on site (+transfer from Conference Venue)
  ID with picture will be requested at the registration and at the entrance on site. You will not be allowed to access the site without.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations at the initiative of the delegate must be applied in writing (aero.conf@3af.fr)

• When applied more than 30 days prior to the Conference (21 February 2025 included) registration fees will be refunded in full, no penalty will be applied.
• For cancellation applied less than 30 days prior to the Conference (from 22 February to 23 March 2025 included), cancellation fees will apply (80% of the registration fees).
• For cancellation applied upon or after the start of the Conference (24 March 2025), no refund will be possible, and the delegate will be requested to pay the full registration fees.
