Registration

Online registration will be open
from Wednesday, January 17, 2024 to Sunday, March 24, 2024

Due to security procedures, no registration will be accepted after this date. Thank you for your understanding.

All participants, including Chairpersons and Speakers, are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the conference.

> Registration fees include: Conference sessions attendance, Conference documentation, online Conference Proceedings, coffee breaks & lunches, 1 ticket for Conference Welcome reception & Conference Dinner and 1 ticket for technical visits on Friday, March 29.

Please note only speakers delivering a presentation can register as « Speaker » special rate, co-authors can’t choose this to register.

SOCIAL EVENTS

• Thursday 28 March 2024: Conference Dinner at Chateau Meung sur Loire | Shuttle is provided from Polytech.
  Included in Registration fees | 80€ HT for extra ticket
• Friday 29 March 2024: Technical Visits
   

Extra Dinner tickets for accompanying person can be purchased during online registration.

TECHNICAL VISIT

• Friday 29 March 2024: 14:00-16:00

2 technical visits will be offered in parallel, with a limited number of participant.
Registration and ID clearance will be mandatory.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations at the initiative of the delegate must be applied in writing (aero.conf@3af.fr)

• When applied more than 30 days prior to the Conference (26 February 2024 included) registration fees will be refunded in full, no penalty will be applied.
• For cancellation applied less than 30 days prior to the Conference (from 27 February to 26 March 2024 included), cancellation fees will apply (80% of the registration fees).
• For cancellation applied upon or after the start of the Conference (27 March 2024), no refund will be possible, and the delegate will be requested to pay the full registration fees.
