Online registration will be open
from Wednesday, December 3, 2025 to Friday, February 20, 2026

Due to security procedures, no registration will be accepted after this date. Thank you for your understanding.

All participants, including Chairpersons and Speakers, are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the conference.

> Registration fees include: Conference sessions attendance, Conference documentation, online Conference Proceedings, coffee breaks & lunches, 1 ticket for social event, technical visit.

Please note only speakers delivering a presentation can register as « Speaker » special rate, co-authors can’t choose this to register.

Student special rate applies for student under 25 years old and after validation of the supporting document sent (student card, school certificate…school year 2025-2026)

Pre-registration online is mandatory for each visit. Registration deadline:

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations at the initiative of the delegate must be applied in writing (aero.conf@3af.fr)

• When applied more than 30 days prior to the Conference (23 January 2026 included) registration fees will be refunded in full, no penalty will be applied.
• For cancellation applied less than 30 days prior to the Conference (from 24 January to 22 February 2026 included), cancellation fees will apply (80% of the registration fees).
• For cancellation applied upon or after the start of the Conference (23 February 2026), no refund will be possible, and the delegate will be requested to pay the full registration fees.
