COVID-19 SPECIFICATION: If the conference was to be postponed, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new dates. If you prefer to cancel, you may do this at no cost up to 15 days prior to new conference dates.
In case of conference cancellation by the organizer, registrations will be refunded.
If you are presenting a paper, we appreciate if you could find a replacement speaker. In this case, your registration can be transferred to this new speaker at no cost.
If you are unable to attend or find a replacement speaker, cancellation will only be accepted up to 15 days prior to the conference (14 March 2022) and must be in writing.
At less than 15 days from the Conference, 80% cancellation fee will apply.
Delegates who do not cancel before the start of the Conference (28 March 2022) will be requested to pay the full registration fees.
If you want to present you work during the Conference, please visit the Call for Papers section and submit an abstract before 15 November 2021.
Proceedings of all papers present in the programme will be published on the website a few days prior to the Conference here and updated regularly.
Full papers with publishing authorization will be published and available to all attendees after the conference
Registration for the conference will start in December 2021.

To ensure optimal quality presentation of all papers, please refer the requirements sent with your notification of acceptance, also available here.
A strict compliance to these requirements is strongly recommended.
Papers should be submitted in Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf extension) to ensure the document’s original layout.
Early booking of accommodation for the conference is strongly recommended.
Please note that participants who need accommodation should book on their own.
